Non-specific, present at birth. 4 types of barriers: Physical: Skin, Mucus; Physiological: Stomach acid, Saliva, Tears; Cellular: PMNL-Neutrophils, Monocytes, Macrophages; Cytokine: Interferons (protect non-infected cells from viruses).
