Primary: Bone marrow and Thymus (origin/maturation of lymphocytes); Secondary: Spleen (graveyard of RBCs), Lymph nodes, Tonsils, Peyer’s patches (sites of interaction with antigens); MALT: Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue (~50% of lymphoid tissue).
