Anterior (Adenohypophysis): GH (Growth), PRL (Milk production), TSH (Thyroid), ACTH (Adrenal cortex), LH (Ovulation/Androgens), FSH (Follicular growth/Spermatogenesis); Pars Intermedia: MSH (Melanocyte regulation); Posterior (Neurohypophysis): Stores/releases hypothalamic hormones Oxytocin (uterine contraction/milk let-down) and Vasopressin/ADH (water reabsorption).
