Regulation of Spermatogenesis

GnRH (Hypothalamus) stimulates Anterior Pituitary to release LH & FSH; LH: Acts on Leydig cells → stimulates androgen synthesis; FSH: Acts on Sertoli cells → stimulates secretion of factors for spermiogenesis.
